We collaborate to define budget strategies and the involvement
of other public or private players in Italy and abroad.
We offer our services via the professional competence within our company
and that of our network of partners and suppliers, for
the design and entire management of an event. Depending on the type of
event, we may also propose the management of the communication aspects
of the event, by getting the mass media and public opinion involved.
In particular:
- we coordinate all the technical staff required
for the success of the event (musicians, set designers, directors,
costume designers, dressmakers, sound engineers, etc.) under one sole
strategic umbrella;
- We identify, research and contact the entertainers
of an event (presenters, jugglers, conjurers, etc.);
- we identify, research and contact personalities
and testimonials (special guests for events) in consistence
with the nature and type of project and with the public concerned;
- we coordinate catering services, security,
front desk, reception and hospitality
points, and search for the specific staff required on behalf
of a client;
- we manage and control the budget available.
